The Nutcracker
My mom and I carried on our annual Christmas tradition by having a 'Girls Night' and going to see the Shanghai Ballet perform The Nutcracker. It was pretty cool - beautiful costumes, a cool orchestra and even a live choir. The dancers were very pretty - my favorite was the Sugar Plum Fairy, mainly because of her purple tutu :-)
